After you have made contact, we shall arrange to have a brief telephone conversation where you will tell me what you would like help with. If I feel I am able to support you, we shall arrange an initial session. In this session, I shall assess whether I am the right clinician for you and you shall also “assess” me to see if it feels right to work with me. I shall also go over confidentiality and tell you about our contract.

We shall arrange a time to meet weekly. We shall also regularly review our work together. Sessions will either be face to face at my practice in South Ealing or virtually using the Zoom platform.
